I created a checklist with some of the daily activities that have really helped me to make amazing progress and achieve my goals. I think having a daily routine is so important, but so easy to forget to do.

So you can print off this checklist, keep it somewhere you’ll see every day and then challenge yourself to do these activities daily.

The results from committing to this and sticking to it can be incredible!
